Dr. Amir Guorgui, DMD
Dr. Amir Guorgui is an experienced dental surgeon with a passion for removing wisdom teeth, dental implants and surgery. He provides IV sedation and a variety of dental implant and surgical procedures.
Dr. Guorgui has a mobile surgical practice which allows him to use his surgical skills in 18 clinics around the GTA. He is also a partner in the Smile Centres and is able to provide surgery and sedation at any of the multiple locations.
Dr. Amir Guorgui graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science and then received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Montreal in 2001. He has a passion for surgical and sedation dentistry and has achieved the rare title of being an implantologist.
Dr. Guorgui has removed 1000s of wisdom teeth; and he is involved with several full dental reconstruction All on 4 cases every year.
Dr. Amir Guorgui is an owner at the Smile Centre Dental Group. They have several locations located in and around the GTA, including Barrie, Mississauga, North York, Markham, and Vaughan (Maple). The focus of the Smile Centre group is using the latest technology to provide all types of dental services under one roof.
Education
Dr Amir Guorgui attended the University of Toronto where he completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. He completed his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 2001 at the University of Montreal. Dr Guorgui then continued his postgraduate education with a residency at the New York Hospital of Queens in New York City. Amir has been continuously committed to advancing his surgical and sedation training by completing many implant and sedation residencies. Dr Guorgui has recently earned his Masters from the College of Sedation, which recognizes his commitment to providing the highest quality sedation services to his dental patients. He is one of a select few dentists in Canada who have earned this very prestigious title. Dr Guorgui has also been recently awarded fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).

Dr. Rob Eisen, DDS
Dr. Robert Eisen is an accomplished general dentist with over 35years experience in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and dental surgery. Dr. Eisen has a passion for creating beautiful smiles using many different cosmetic procedures. Dr. Eisen has a love for dentistry and is always looking for new and exciting ways to deliver the best results for his patients. Using the latest technology, including digital scans, he is able to design and implement a perfect smile in fewer appointments and with maximum patient comfort in mind. Dr Eisen is also a graduate of the Pankey Institute, a world renowned post-graduate dental training facility. Dr Eisen also enjoys serving his community. He and several members of his staff have been involved in creating a Dental Clinic for disadvantaged youth in Toronto, ON.

Dr. James Ko, DDS
Dr. Ko is a general dentist who enjoys all aspects of dentistry. He does a lot of dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and surgical extractions. He is also a certified Platinum Invisalign provider. Dr. James Ko is an owner/practitioner with the Smile Centre Dental Group.
Education:
Dr. James Ko earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, as well as a Master of Science, from the University of Toronto. He has conducted research in Biomaterials and has published a paper focused on the interaction between dental implant surfaces and bone. Dr. Ko provides exceptional patient care by investing time into getting to know his patients, easing their concerns, and providing practical ways for improving their dental health. He takes a comprehensive approach when interacting with patients of all ages. Dr. Ko is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is learning to speak Cantonese. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing basketball, and exploring new technologies.

Dr. Jerry Jesin, DDS
Dr. Jerry Jesin has been providing exceptional dental care in North York for over 30 years. Dr. Jesin has been active in the dental community and is committed to keeping a smile on the face of his clients throughout their lives. His mission is to help people keep their teeth for their lifetime in health, comfort and beauty.
Dr. Jesin graduated from University of Toronto in 1985. Continuing Education has been in the forefront of his career taking the highest level courses to stay at the leading edge of the profession. In 1995, Dr. Jesin completed a post-graduate program in Cosmetic Dentistry at the University of Buffalo. He is also a graduate of the Pankey Institute, a renowned post-graduate dental training. In 2005, he completed a six month surgical training continuum in implant surgery. In addition to dental practice. Dr. Jesin is serving a six year term on the executive of the Toronto Crown and Bridge study club, the largest dental study club in North America.

Dr. Jacklyn Pivovarov, DDS
Dr. Jacklyn Pivovarov received her Doctor in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario. She then completed a year-long residency program through New York University – Langone. Dr. Pivovarov continuously pursues training and professional development opportunities allowing her to stay knowledgeable about and implement the most up-to-date dental practices that utilize the latest technology. She underwent an extensive year-long continuum in implant dentistry and oral surgery and is currently an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Pivovarov is committed to providing comprehensive and comfortable dental services to her patients. She prioritizes individualized care, with an understanding that every patient is unique. Dr. Pivovarov enjoys getting to know you to best address your dental needs and goals.
When she isn’t helping patients on their journey toward a healthy and beautiful smile, Dr. Pivovarov enjoys outdoor adventures such as skiing and hiking, and dabbling in various musical instruments.
